Terms for using ID Baby Photo

Effective 27 July 2026. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Photo-preparation service

ID Baby Photo provides cropping, background, export and educational tools. It does not issue identity documents and is not a government agency, passport office, embassy or visa authority.

No acceptance guarantee

You are responsible for checking the current official requirements for the destination, document, applicant age and submission route. A technically clean output can still be rejected, and use of the service does not guarantee acceptance.

Your photos and permissions

Upload only photos you are authorized to use. If the subject is a child, you must be the parent, legal guardian or another person with appropriate permission. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, create deceptive documents or violate privacy, identity or intellectual-property rights.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the Google account used to sign in and for activity under that session. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or operate the service safely.

Availability and changes

Features, supported formats and availability may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider issues. Where permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or suitable for every application authority.
