How ID Baby Photo handles photos and account information

Photo processing

When you use the photo maker, the selected image is sent to the application server for processing. The current application path processes source and generated images in memory, returns the results to your browser and does not intentionally save those photo files to the application database or permanent file storage.

Hosting, security and network systems may temporarily process technical request data. Do not upload an image unless you have authority to use it, especially when the subject is a child.

Google sign-in and account records

If you sign in with Google, the service receives and stores the account identifier, email address, display name and avatar URL needed to create and display the account. Google handles the sign-in interface under its own privacy terms.

Session cookies

After sign-in, the server sets a secure HTTP-only session cookie in production. The current configured session lifetime is 14 days. The cookie supports authentication and is not used by the application as an advertising tracker.

Service providers

The service may rely on hosting, content delivery, Google Identity and configured image-processing providers. A provider receives only the information required for its function. Payment features are currently unavailable; this policy will be updated before an external payment provider is restored to the live checkout flow.

Your choices and requests

You can avoid account storage by using preview features without signing in. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, email support@babypassportphoto.online from the account email address. Legal rights vary by location.

Changes to this policy

The policy will be revised when data handling, providers, retention or payment features change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
